As a Clinical Editor at ChoosingTherapy.com, I created and refined psychoeducational resources and digital experiences, including:
Evidence-based psychoeducational worksheets
Created worksheets translating psychological concepts and techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, behavior activation, somatic work) for therapist and lay audiences

Interactive psychoeducational courses
Designed and wrote three-week psychoeducational course material on anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout
Planned and wrote interactive activities spanning each course, including symptom assessment, content quizzes, mindfulness activities, and journal prompts
While at Headspace, I loved contributing to our content and product teams’ efforts on:
Anxiety and depression guided programming
Consulted on therapy-informed solutions to increase retention of users beyond initial sessions
Consulted on worksheets integrating and explaining evidence-based techniques
Making CBT-I accessible for behavioral health coaches
Created and proposed user-friendly sleep tracking tools to aid in sleep restriction
